National Arena Swimming League

The Arena League is a team competition comprising of approximately 300 swimming clubs from across the UK. There are 6 regions, each with their own league system, the top 2/3 teams from each region progress to the National A/B finals where the overall league champions are crowned.

Bobcats joined the North West league in 2021 having previously competed for a few seasons back in the early 2010's. Having started back in division 2, we secured promotion to division 1 in 2022. With a largely new squad Bobcats are trying to bounce back up the divisions and become a leading team in the region once again. 

Swimmers compete in the following age groups:

11/Under, 13/Under, 15/Under, 16/Over.

We always aim to swim our strongest team and it is a great opportunity young and more experienced swimmers to race together.

Match Dates

Arena League matches are always held during October, November and December each year with teams qualifying for the B and Cup Finals.
